Each day we wakeup with devastating news related to transgender people , violence, murderer , suiciding over builling..., 2 days ago, in Valencia, Spain a Brazilian trans woman has been beaten to death by two French tourist , the same day a trans woman of color was murderer with a knife in U.s.a.and many others that the journalist don't translate the local news into English, nobody knows how many die in Italy , or Germany but sure there are too..

How ever is time to consider carry a pepper spray on and take some auto protection class like kung fu , if any of you come to case, someone trying to beat up or kill at least defend yourself, don't end up as a one more in a list , be the one who fought back for her life.

Search for self defense tutorials like this one , as woman your a weapon itself, sharp nails, teeth and heels, just don't let them take your life.

Job placement project for discriminated trans people

Worldwide citizens face a new social problem, discrimination towards transgender people , specially when it comes to find a job , many visible transgenders end up homeless or in prostitution industry because private company's find complicated to hire transgender people .

 For this reason, Spanish trans have written a pioneer project to help this situation , giving trans man and woman who are in this situations the chance of work for their local councils , as cleaner, gardening, maintenance , parking control and other needs of the local council. Formation would be available too.

The petition is now aimed to the council in Madrid , in Spain , a city where the 55% of  transgender population with high school degree ends up in sex work, as we mention, because they are not able to find a "normal" job.

We hope this petition helps our community and inspires many other places in the world with the same situation.
